Dedicated to Your Satisfaction

There is nothing ordinary about Bainbridge Island real estate. Neighborhoods may be family centered or retired, professional or artistic, alternative or dynamically mixed. Settings and views are astoundingly diverse. Prices range from modest to millions. So where do you begin? Let me be your guide on a journey through the complexities and pleasures of buying or selling a home in this remarkable community.

Bainbridge has a cycling population

I will help you navigate safely through the questions and concerns of your real estate transaction. I will negotiate on your behalf to protect your interests. If you're buying a home, I will help you find a good value. If you're selling, I will work with you to design the most effective marketing strategy.

Pleasant Beach

I can help you arrange financing, inspections, insurance and even connect you with community services. I will also offer straight-forward advice on the finer details of home buying such as road noise, natural light, privacy and judging the structural bones of a home.

Eagledale Cottage

My Bainbridge Island background. Twenty years ago I took a bike ride that changed my life. While on vacation from my native Ohio, I embarked on a bicycle tour that brought me to Bainbridge Island. Every turn of the road revealed a scene lovelier than the last. The islands strong sense of community was as refreshing as it is rare.
Here I discovered all the advantages of the traditional American small town, combined with magnificent Northwest scenery and the open-minded outlook of Seattle. Bainbridge Island became my home.

Fog over Murden Cove

Since 1983 I have owned several homes in a variety of island locations. Bainbridge has something for everyone: beachside cabins, grand estates, old farmhouses, historic Victorians, golf course communities, acreage, condos, townhouses and more, located in settings as diverse as the homes themselves

Eagle Harbor

A degree in economics and an associate degree in culinary art from the Culinary Arts Institute of America guided me in my original island career of restaurant owner. Eventually, my enjoyment of working with people merged with my affection for the island itself. Now, as a Realtor, my mission is to guide you through the many choices and decisions that come with buying or selling in this market. I know Bainbridge, the ins and outs of its neighborhoods, its secret hideaways and finest opportunities. And I know real estate. My Associate Broker standing represents hours of continuing education in the field.

Home on South Beach

I am an avid gardener and painter. My skill as a photographer has been very helpful in marketing properties. Since most buyers view a house first as a photo, a good first impression is essential. Each of my listings is presented with professional quality photos, in which I focus on the unique character of each home. Each Online Listing Photo gallery is worth a thousand words.

Fort Ward State Park

My goal is to consistently exceed your expectations. I believe that unconditional professionalism need not come at the expense of friendly, responsive service.

I look forward to introducing you to beautiful Bainbridge Island.
